Is Online coaching for me?

Online Coaching is perfect for an individual who is always on-the-go looking for the education and support that you would get from in-person training, without the restriction of having to meet in person 2-3 times a week.

Online coaching is also great for an individual who likes to save money! With weekly zoom calls, moral support, nutritional guidance, and up to date knowledge on new and improving techniques and tactics we will help you reach your goals at a lower cost! 

How does it work?

We have built a fail-proof model for fitness success:

The assessment process begins when you fill out the form below, and schedule your private zoom meeting with your trainer via acuity (the call is free, and lasts about 30 minutes). After the initial meeting, you will work with your trainer to discuss the best time to have your In-depth Virtual or Private Functional Range Assessment so we can create your programming. 

Once we have created your personalized plan, we will meet weekly either by a phone or zoom call to follow-up on your success.  This includes individual nutrition and fitness advice to support you and help you stay motivated, accountable and on-track. 

Your Individualized programming is broken up into phases to make sure you’re constantly progressing.  We create custom workouts to fit your specific needs that include warmups and mobility drills to correct imbalances and enhance performance.  You will also receive “homework” assignments to solidify your results for long-lasting success.

Your nutrition plans are tailored to your body’s needs and are macronutrient based, making it easy to follow for long term consistency, Built to reset your metabolism and get your body to work for you!
