What is Kinstretch?

KINSTRETCH® system is one born out of scientific research. All of the movements and training techniques have been selected based on a meticulous and rigorous investigation of evidence, conducted by physical conditioning and medical experts, as it pertains to body control, injury prevention, joint health, and physical longevity.

Unlike many training systems, KINSTRETCH® practice is complete with a self-assessment system allowing you the ability to monitor your own body for dysfunction that may be causing pain, loss of performance, or that may be putting you at an increased chance of injury.

The KMC is a 12 week Kinstretch membership includes:

FAQ's

The KMC is a 3 month long (12 weeks) subscription consisting of 3 4-week phases.
Within each phase you will complete:

  • 4x FRC homework assignments
  • 6x 60-minute stretch classes

The KMC re-launches every 3 months.
We launch every January, April, July & October.

The KMC is not meant to take the place of your current training. It is meant to supplement whatever you are interested in and utilized as a tool to improve anything you apply it to!
