Drew Caudill is a Mobility Specialist & Strength coach located in Concord, NH. He continues to push the boundaries of what his clients can achieve by incorporating functional mobility along side tried-and-true strength & conditioning principles. Clients from all over New England have hired Drew because of his real life experience and his success in improving total body strength, pain free range of motion, and overall lifestyle for all ages and backgrounds. Having completely transformed his own lifestyle and physique, he has dedicated his career to providing excellence and innovation in the ever-evolving fitness space.

Drew consistently stays up to date with new studies and advances in the fitness community, while continuing his education in human bio mechanics. He found his passion by working as a trainer at his local gym.  This position helped him gain insight and apply his knowledge while working with people of all fitness levels.

FAQ

What type of training you receive is dependent on many factors such as where you live, your current fitness level, whether or not you have any serious joint injuries/ medical conditions, and so on. When you book your free consultation, your trainer will go over all of these things & more and recommend the best training method for you as well as work with you develop an incredibly effective personalized program. 

Paradigm Performance uses premium level training practices that are used by some of the best athletes and major league sports teams in the world; Including but not limited to:

  • FRC (functional range conditioning) 
  • FRA (functional Range assessments)
  • Kinstretch group mobility classes 

Which directly corresponds with your expertly crafted strength & conditioning program to show you maximum return on your time and energy spent. 

Sessions are 60 minutes.  Once we go over your warm-up and mobility routine (15-20 min) you are expected to complete that before we start the session. 

Private 1:1 coaching is done either virtually or held privately at the clients home gym/ location of their choice (if within reason).

The zoom check-ins vary from person to person and really depends on the questions you bring to the table, but typically last about 25-30 min. This is a great opportunity to ask any/all questions you may have about the program, and to help keep you accountable. During this call, the personal trainer will be going through your food log to see how you’ve been doing with tracking, going through your folder with you to see how you’ve been progressing through the program, etc. Overall, it’s a unique experience every time and that’s where some of the best information comes out. Never be afraid to ask questions during the zoom calls.
